SHIPPING :

Shipping is $8.99 and free on orders over $50! 

All orders are usually processed within 24 business hours. Expected delivery is 3-5 business days following shipment date.

Pre-Order items will have the expected delivery date notated in the description of the product. 

It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping info. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are recorded as delivered. Please ensure you have a secure location for your deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges :

A return or exchange can be requested within 7 days of receipt of item by emailing peachandlavenderboutique@gmail.com.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, hairs or stains and with tags still attached. An item exchange, shop credit, or refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of your return.

All return shipping charges are the customer responsibility. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.

All Final Sale items are Non-returnable. Pre-order Items are Final Sale because we are ordering specifically for you.

Item exchanges are not a guarantee, we do not hold items while waiting for a shipment return. If you have requested to exchange for a different size, once the item is received, the requested size will be sent to you. If the item goes out of stock before we receive your item, a shop credit will be issued for the full amount paid.

For order refund requests greater than $200, a restocking fee of 10% will apply. If requesting an exchange or shop credit, no fee would apply.
